I had the great steak burger. they say "your order has been made fresh for you" however, the burger was lukewarm, cheese not melted, had more pickles than meat. The fries were warm. Great steak burger is an overstatement.

Mediocre burgers and fries at top price. The place was dirty, service was average and the food was just ok, nothing memorable. On top of that, they don't even sell real soda, but some sugar cane sad excuse for a drink. I do not recommend it.

The fries had a unique taste and flavor that was quite enjoyable. I tried a burger and breakfast burger as well. The normal cheese, lettuce and ketchup burger was also pretty good. The breakfast one with hash brown, cheese and egg needs some improvement. For the taste, the expense was high than expected.

Nothing to complain about rather than prices were expensive for a burger, fries and a drink. Sodas were all the weird flavors of Jones soda. Burger was good though, typically toppings and cheese. Had an abundance of lettuce. Fries were crisp and fresh too. Perfect amount of salt. The displays were also adorable with the little bags. Service was nice and it was super quiet with the place even though there was about four other sets of couples. Clean and big ceilings so it felt bigger than what it really was.

Self-ordering is convenient and helpful during busy periods. I liked the crinkle-cut fries, they had good flavor and were cooked crispy which is how I like fries. Upon taking my boss burger out of the bag, it felt smaller than I expected - which was primarily because it was missing a patty. I brought it up to the counter and they were quick to make a whole new one correctly. It was still not a substantially sized burger, but about right for lunch and it had good flavor. Jones soda selection is a nice alternative to the typical big-brand machines.

Food was surprisingly overpriced and was not anything spectacular. Paid almost $100 for some burgers, fries and drinks. Service was good but on account of cost and quality of food, will not return.

I'm pretty sure the veggie burger i ordered was from morning star farm. The fry sauce was rancid..like expired milk.. but worse. They were nice to give you bathroom code when you order...just don't ask where the bathroom is...just don't..... the fancy different flavored soda pop had the exact same flavor... BAD..I tried all the flavors..gave up......and threw my cup away

I had the burger meal and it came with fries and milkshake. It was $25. The fries were really good but the burger and milkshake were meh. For the price, I was very underwhelmed. I got it to-go and the burger didn’t hold up very well at all. It is located close to the Amazon sphere and there’s free packing in the parking garage under the building. The lady that attended to me was very nice and when I went on a Monday evening, it was surprisingly empty so I got served very quickly. The fact that it was empty should have been a sign for me to keep it moving lol.
